Teaching Managers how to manage as a foundation for leadership

An integrated program of development and partnership with leaders, people managers and their teams. This program is for Managers who are focused on achieving their organisation’s strategy and fulfilling on their aims. This program focuses on establishing strong people centred-processes with influential communication and values as the underlying focus.

As an operational translator I will assist leaders and managers to integrate and turn their strategic concepts into day-to-day operational actions through establishing the systems and the habits which support the ‘HOW to implement and make it happen’.

This program is designed for managers and people leaders who know that people are their greatest asset and that they themselves could be the greatest liability. They are aware that they need targeted and focused help in the ‘HOW to implement’ and they are committed to long term success.

This program is for people who are primarily relying on their technical and/or entrepreneurial expertise and are seeking to enhance their competence to effectively manage their own activity and the activity of their Teams, to achieve and deliver results.

This program follows my best practice model.
