Anna Stover

Anna’s career has been built on her ability to support people to implement practical solutions to their everyday, professional and personal, problems and concerns.

Her career began working with teenagers with learning difficulties and has expanded to include senior leaders within all levels of state and local government within NSW and Tasmania along with CEOs of NFP organisations, multinationals and small business owners.

Anna has successfully led generic and tailored business courses to hundreds of government and private sector employees receiving consistently positive feedback. She has delivered presentations  at conferences, business workshops and team building activities.

Educator - Facilitator - Trainer

Most recently Anna successfully fulfilled the roles of Continuous Improvement Manager and Manager Organisational Development. In these roles she led and supported various LEAN Continuous Improvement projects within a manufacturing environment, implemented communication and management structures across the whole business designed to cascade strategy, develop people and streamline processes.

Anna is an expert at working with senior leaders to execute strategy at the tactical level. She works to design and lead training and hands-on support to build and embed the systems required to achieve results at every level within the organisation.

She is highly competent at teaching business owners and managers ‘how’ to embed effective people focused systems to support strategy execution, build a strong culture and achieve results.

She is known for her insight, analytical planning and objective thinking as well as strong people skills, specifically in training. facilitating and communicating.

Anna has a particular interest in using human development and personality theories, empowering people to experience job satisfaction and work life balance.

Anna brings insights and skills honed in a variety of training and transformational courses designed to enhance and empower human beings. She has led interactive and empowering information sessions to 100s of people.

Alongside her ‘mainstream’ career, Anna has studied Anthroposophy, the work of Rudolf Steiner. She has a strong history of volunteer leadership within the local Steiner School and continues to be involved in parent/adult education through hand craft.

Anna will bring to any project, her specialized knowledge developed through teaching, consultancy and corporate training, project management and Anthroposophy as well as her life and career experiences across the government and non-government sectors. Anna has the ability to be flexible in her interactions with people, bringing practicalities and ease to any situation a leader may find themselves in.
